FlowShift Support

FlowShift is an event staffing platform. FlowShift Manager lets managers create events, assign staff, track attendance, and manage payroll. FlowShift Staff lets team members view their shifts, accept or decline events, and track hours and earnings. FlowShift es una plataforma de personal para eventos. Download FlowShift Manager or FlowShift Staff from the App Store. You can sign up using Google, Apple, phone number, or email. Managers create an organization during signup, and staff members join via an invite code from their manager. Descarga FlowShift Manager o FlowShift Staff desde la App Store. If you manage events and staff, download FlowShift Manager. If you are a team member who works events, download FlowShift Staff. Both apps connect to the same platform. Si gestionas eventos y personal, descarga FlowShift Manager. Si eres un miembro del equipo que trabaja en eventos, descarga FlowShift Staff. Ambas apps se conectan a la misma plataforma.

Open FlowShift Staff and tap on the event notification or find the shift on your calendar. You’ll see options to accept or decline. Your manager will be notified of your response in real time. Abre FlowShift Staff y toca la notificación del evento o busca el turno en tu calendario. Verás opciones para aceptar o rechazar. Tu gerente recibirá tu respuesta en tiempo real.

Managers set hourly rates per staff member and per event. FlowShift automatically calculates pay based on check-in and check-out times. Staff can view their earnings history in the FlowShift Staff app. Los gerentes establecen tarifas por hora por miembro del equipo y por evento. FlowShift calcula automáticamente el pago basado en las horas de entrada y salida. Los miembros del equipo pueden ver su historial de ganancias en la app FlowShift Staff.

If you signed up with Google or Apple, simply use that sign-in method again—no password needed. If you signed up with email, contact us at support@flowshift.work and we’ll help you reset your account. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@flowshift.work with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 7 business days.
